Our Story

A lot of women dream of achieving their ultimate career goal and strive hard towards this, but not all are able to achieve the same once they enter motherhood.
This is because of various reasons, including lack of support, motherhood guilt, mental and physical changes, lack of new mom-friendly workplaces, etc.
By creating awareness, finding concrete solutions and motivating mothers who require that push once again, this platform aims to bring together mothers who aspire to lead in their respective careers by regularly discussing ways to reach their ultimate career goal.
